The tragic events of the summer of 2020 have clearly highlighted that there is more work to be done to create a fair and just society. Despite the recognition of the importance of diversity, there seems to be a lot of goodwill and head nodding when it comes to Leadership despite this being where the most important decisions are made. We look to our leaders to be ushering in this change, but this can only be achieved by having a fair and balanced representation of leadership teams across the board!”
