Securing a place on the Leadership 2025 programme, together with acquiring the role of Director of Operations/Deputy CEO at YMCA West London, alongside turning 50 years of age were a few of my most momentous accomplishments of 2017.
I was 27 years old when I was first appointed to a housing association board. By 29 I was Chair. I held my first Chief Executive’s role at 31.
I’m proud to work for a brilliant sector. I’m grateful for the perspective I gain from leading a large landlord and now chairing the g15 group of large London housing associations.
